The Cardinal Pengo Memorial Restaurant at Hilltec Hotel offers meals for hotel guests and visitors.
Lunch hours are 12pm to 3pm
Dinner hours are 6pm to 9 30pm
We offer both light and full meals with the same menu available throughout our service hours. We can prepare buffet menus on request should you have a larger group. Meals are prepared fresh and therefore can take anywhere from 30 – 60 mins to prepare depending on your order and the number of people at your table. Should you wish to have your order prepared prior to your arrival at the restaurant, please let us know in advance.
